What is Postcard Blogging

How often do you post something in your blog(s)? If the answer to that question makes you sad or upset, chances are you're suffering from blog constipation. To solve your (and our!) problem, we're proposing a "new" way of blogging, based on the concept of MVI (Minimum Viable / Valuable Information): transmit to your readers only the amount of information necessary and sufficient to be understood.

To support this (this post is already an example), we propose the metaphor of the postcard (if you prefer, think of index card or napkin). In each post, use one image (which is worth a thousand words, right?) and a simple short text, which should only complement the image. We propose to limit the text in, say, a thousand characters.

The idea is to make it easier and objective of both blogging and reading the blog. If you like this idea, use it and add your comments!
